- To follow up with people you refer, and to track and pay referral rewards.
- To design, permit and install a system if you choose to go ahead.
- To comply with the law and protect against fraud or misuse.
Calls and text messages
If you check the consent box on our forms, you agree that we may call and text you at the number you provide, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling you by contacting us below.
When you refer someone, you confirm that they know about the referral and are comfortable being contacted. We honor any request from a referred person to stop contacting them.
Who we share it with
- Our solar provider, [PROVIDER NAME], and its installation partners, so they can prepare your proposal, agreement and installation.
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting and form processing, customer management tools and communication services. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, pay referral rewards and meet legal, tax and contract obligations. We then delete or de-identify it. If you don't move forward, we keep your estimate information for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, and we limit access to people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
